Covid-19 and how it may affect the shipping of your order:
Covid-19 is slowing down all processing and shipping of our online orders. With the need to self distance and isolate we ask you to allow extra time for the fulfillment and shipping of your order. Ukrainian EggCessories as well as Canada Post cannot guarantee normal delivery times.
With this being said, we here at Ukrainian EggCessories will do everything in our power to fulfill and ship orders as normal as possible. So far, there hasn't been a long delay both with us and with Canada Post.
Shipping is calculated by the size of the box and weight of your items. We use Canada Post for all our shipping needs. Our system automatically calculates shipping for you in the check-out process and gives you a few shipping options to choose from before the final stage of check-out. Here you can choose from expedited, tracked or Xpresspost to help get your order to you as fast as possible during these times of navigating through Covid-19.
The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible however, some items make take longer to process. Please understand we are a team of humans, working to always do our best for you our customer.
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. During the Easter season, the order queue is long. Once again we work hard to get your orders out at a timely manner but please allow 2-5 business days for processing.
We ship Ukrainian EggCessories both domestically and to international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location in Canada, the USA, and in other counties around the world.
Our site offers a variety of shipping options.
If you live down the street from us in Canada, you'll get your order faster than if you live in Australia. The Canada Post site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.
International shipping is longer.
Most items are in stock but some items may take 1-2 weeks to create anddeliver because they are made-to-order.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Ukrainian EggCessories is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package. Please make sure your address is written in a way the Postal companies will recognize.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.

Tracking your order
Our site offers a variety of shipping options. If you’re ordering from outside of Canada tracking is NOT automatic. Please consider paying extra for tracking for the extra security of tracking your order. This will give you notifications of the estimated time of arrival as well as a way to track down your order should it seem lost.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Ukrsinian EggCessories is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Ukrainian EggCessories to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Ukrainian EggCessories is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
If an order is returned to us, contact us immediately to arrange reshipping.
Should Ukrainian EggCessories mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.
As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Ukrainian EggCessories is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package. Please make sure to enter your address in a way that Canada Post will recognize and accept as a valid address.
If you have a package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility (ie. USPS in the USA) to find your order.
In summary; you our customer agrees that we will use Canada Post as a service to deliver your order to you. Ukrainian EggCessories is not responsible for your order after it is in Canada Post's hands. If you have any concern with your order, it is your responsibility to contact Canada Post or your local postal service company to find your parcel or to put in a grievance for an item not delivered.
By purchasing from Ukrainian EggCessories, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
