No Findings? No problem!

Hang an egg with coloured thread and a toothpick.

1. Cut a piece of thread about 15cm (6") long
2. Knot the loose ends together and hitch the knot to a piece of toothpick. 
3. Secure with a dot of glue.
4. Allow glue to dry
5. Insert the toothpick into the egg's drain hole (if necessary, enlarge drain hole with an egg or egg/bead reamer) and pull back gently on the thread.
6. The toothpick will act as an anchor.

Note: once the toothpick is in the egg, you will not be able to remove it.
